Robert Farber's work has been published in virtually every form and has been extensively exhibited in Europe, and Japan, as well as the United States.  He has lectured at universities and professional groups around the world, including the Smithsonian Institute.

The commercial work of Robert Farber includes major campaigns for fashion, beauty, and advertising clients.  His editorial and advertising work has appeared in most major magazines around the world.

Farber's style has influenced a generation of photographers through vast public exposure of his work. He has published 9 coffee table books which have sold over a half million copies.  Seventy of his images have been published as posters and have been distributed worldwide.  His book, By the Sea, was brought into Doubleday for publication by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.  It later won the Art Director's Award for color photography.

Farber's work with nudes in fine art as well as in the commercial realm is well known and respected.  His book,  "Farber Nudes", was included in the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis estate collection. 

In 1996, Robert Farber founded Photoworkshop.com which is the most visited educational photography site on the internet.  It is sponsored and endorsed by some of the most prestigious corporations and organizations in photography.
